With us it never costs anything to look, see and talk. At Maine Escape we build selected homes with a variety of options on those homes. We have many homes already built that we can show the finished product to help you decide with your selections. We are happy to help you explore the area and make first hand decisions. No sales pressure!

We keep things very simple. Options and or allowances ( if desired) are given to our customers prior to start of construction. We assist the customer through the process of selecting items to be built into their home such as size and model home, and home structural features such as screened porches, garages, fireplace type, and finished basements. Also, interior finishes such as types of kitchen cabinetry, counter tops, flooring, lights, etc.

Once selections are complete, a contract is created and the home construction process begins. Each job is overseen directly and the project is assigned a dedicated Project Foreman. The homeowner is always allowed on site and any change orders the customer so desires are worked for them through the process when requested.

Maine Escape offers Owner Financing on many of its lots for sale. We can direct you to local area financial institutions, which have provided many of our customers with construction or home purchase loans.
